Gelagen Shipping Policy
Dispatch
Orders leave the warehouse within a few working days. You get a receipt at once and a tracking link when the courier picks up.
Delivery inside the US
Usually about a week. Three bottles or more ship free; the two-bottle pack carries a fee shown at checkout.
Delivery abroad
Allow two to three weeks. Import duties, where your country levies them, are payable on delivery.
Stuck parcels
If tracking sits still for a week, write to support@gelagensupplement.com and we will chase it.
Wrong address
Let us know as soon as possible and we can normally correct it before it ships.
On arrival
Check the seal; store cool, dry and out of sunlight so the gummies keep their shape.
