Who is covered
Anyone who bought through this website, for 60 days, whatever the reason. Your receipt states whether the period counts from purchase or from shipping.
What to do
Send support@gelagensupplement.com your order number. A return code and the warehouse address come back by reply. Pack every bottle from the order, empties included.
What comes back
The price of the gummies. Outbound and return postage stay with the buyer.
How fast
The refund goes out once the warehouse has logged the parcel and usually shows on your statement within ten working days.
Different numbers on other pages
Some sellers print other guarantee periods. The terms on your own checkout page and receipt are the ones that seller must honor. For orders here the figure is 60 days.
What is outside the promise
Marketplace or third-party purchases, and requests arriving after day 60.
